Was really disappointed when
I received the shades and they were two different shades of silk. The welting around the shade frame was completely different too.
So neither Shade matched the other one
I was disappointed and irritated at the fact I had to pay a $17 return fee for shades that did not match each other

As shared in our correspondence, we issued a full refund for your order, including the original shipping, and also offered to send a properly matched replacement at no cost to ensure you received what you expected.

Regarding the $17 charge, this was for an optional carrier pickup service selected during the return process. While the return shipping label itself is covered, pickup from your location is an added convenience service provided by the carrier and is not included in the return coverage.

Black Pagoda lampshade with added trimmings

The black pagoda shaped lamp shade worked perfectly well with an old family lamp - it just needed a little gold fringe and tassels to make it perfect which I was able to easily add. The shade arrived safely and packaged nicely. I am happy with this purchase!
