I love the Empire woven shades from Lux. They give off the most beautiful pale pink glow when lamp is turned on. The service is fantastic and Gali who helped with my order was so wonderful to work with. Even when I ordered the wrong size, she made it very easy to exchange! Thanks so much!
My lamp shade arrived exactly as described. It’s gorgeous, very well made, and was wrapped and packaged with great care. The cat loves it too. Note: the glow from the shade appears purple in the photo, but this is not the case in real life.
I was pleased to find a replacement shade for a lamp made from a pewter tea caddy that has a distinctive hexagonal shape. The local shop where I bought the original shade no longer carries it, and I did my best to find something similar online. Lux had what appeared to be an excellent replacement option, which in fact turned out to be the same as my original. The shade was delivered quickly and carefully packed. I'll definitely check Lux for future lamp shades.
