This is not the standard we aim for, and we truly regret the inconvenience it caused. As shared in our correspondence, we issued a full refund for your order, including the original shipping, and also offered to send a properly matched replacement at no cost to ensure you received what you expected.
Regarding the $17 charge, this was for an optional carrier pickup service selected during the return process. While the return shipping label itself is covered, pickup from your location is an added convenience service provided by the carrier and is not included in the return coverage.
