Description
Standard production takes approximately 8–10 weeks for COM (Customer's Own Material) orders.
Please place your order before sending your fabric. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide shipping instructions for your materials. Production begins only after we have received, identified, and matched your material to your order.
Please note that the 8–10 weeks production timeline is an estimate and is subject to change based on production volume, the complexity of your order, and the timely receipt and processing of your materials. We will keep you informed if there are any significant changes to your estimated completion date.
If you need your pendant sooner, our Concierge Service may be able to expedite production to approximately 5–7 weeks, depending on production capacity and material availability. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
