I ordered a pair of custom shades using an ikat silk sari my husband bought on a business trip to India. A lamp shop in my city could not work with the fabric. Not only did Lux Lampshades craft professional shades from my sari, they delivered them quicker than promised in time for my return from a safari vacation. I felt it was my birthday all over again! Thank you. The only thing I'd improve is communication after I place the order.
