Purchased two large linen hardback shades that were on sale. Shades were well packed—no damaged to the box; however, after removing the cellophane wrap from the one shade, there were two small dents on it. They’re not visible from a few feet away but you can see them when up close. I had to turn the shade, so the dents aren’t facing the front. Appreciated receiving two free brass harps with my purchase.
After posting my initial review, I received a pleasant response from Lux Lampshades. Was so happy to hear they were sending me a replacement shade. It arrived so quickly in perfect condition, Now that’s what I call A+ customer service!
