Utah boast it has the greatest snow on earth.  That is the reason one for putting a snowflake heart in Utah.  The blue fill is inspired by the state flag and from another iconic Utah design, the ALTA logo, which is a snowflake on deep blue background.

• The name Utah comes from the Native American Ute tribe and means people of the mountains.
