Nice shade and an especially good value for the money.

Highly Impressed

I needed a new lampshade. After searching endless lamp/shade retailers I was so tired I was telling “lampshade horror stories“ at parties. Then I somehow I found Lux and the whole picture changed. They listened, were friendly and knowledgeable, and ensured me that if I wasn’t happy with my choices they were fully refundable. When my shades (3) arrived I was not only happy, I was elated. These days companies that are honest and customer focused are hard to find. Companies producing high quality products are hard to find. I found both in Lux Lampshades. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of custom shades using an ikat silk sari my husband bought on a business trip to India. A lamp shop in my city could not work with the fabric. Not only did Lux Lampshades craft professional shades from my sari, they delivered them quicker than promised in time for my return from a safari vacation. I felt it was my birthday all over again! Thank you. The only thing I'd improve is communication after I place the order. I would have liked some acknowledgement that the order was placed and a specialist would be following up with me to confirm the details of my order.
